OUR STORY

This historical connection continues to inspire us every day. Just as the abbey embodied generations of expertise, stewardship of the land, and respect for local traditions, we strive to uphold those same values in the creation of our beverages.

At Merelnest, we bring past and present together: artisanal craftsmanship, locally sourced ingredients, and a passion for authentic flavours, all rooted in a place whose story spans centuries.
